Make the foods you and your family love healthier with our Dil Se™ video series. (“Dil se” is a Hindi phrase meaning “from the heart.") These heart healthy recipes were developed by our registered dietitian Sri Sakthi Ramanathan, RD, LDN. Each recipe contains a nutrition label per portion to further guide the community members in making healthy lifestyle choices.
