As your trusted pharmacy, we also look for ways you can save money on your medications. When it’s time to refill your prescription, we’ll help you save by using generic medications when possible.
Refilling your medications has never been easier
For your convenience, we offer four different ways to get your medications. Are you looking to transfer your prescription to Advocate Pharmacy? It’s easy – learn how to transfer your prescription to us.
Free prescription mail-order delivery
With Advocate Aurora Health Mail-Order Pharmacy, you can get your maintenance prescriptions by mail. We ship to most states and delivery is always free. See how it works.
Get started online – enrolling is an easy, two-step process. You can also call 877-409-0148 or visit an Advocate Pharmacy location to enroll.
Same-day delivery
We offer same-day pharmacy delivery of your medications through ScriptDrop from your local Advocate Pharmacy. All medications are eligible for delivery. You can even have multiple medications delivered in the same trip for one set delivery fee.
- Call your pharmacy by noon to request delivery.
- Provide payment and insurance information.
- Get your prescription delivered by ScriptDrop from 1-5 p.m. the same day, Monday through Friday.
The ScriptDrop delivery fee is $8 within 5 miles of your local Advocate Pharmacy, plus $3 for each additional mile – and it’s an eligible expense that can be paid with a flexible spending account (FSA).
Orders requested after noon will be delivered the next day. (Note: Orders requested after the cutoff Friday will be delivered Monday.)

Transfer your medications to Advocate Pharmacy
If you don’t use Advocate Pharmacy yet, you can transfer your prescriptions in one phone call. Find your local pharmacy, call to request a prescription transfer and we’ll take it from there.

Get notified when your prescription is ready
When your medication is filled, we’ll call you automatically when it’s ready for pickup. If you’d also like to get text message alerts and reminders, ask your pharmacy team to update your notification preferences.
