Group exercise

Our Group Exercise program at the Good Shepherd Hospital Health and Fitness Center offers something for everyone – from aquatic classes to cycling to boxing to Yoga, we can meet all your fitness needs. Members have access to over 80 classes per week, offering plenty of variety for all. Early morning, mid-day and evening, we’ve got you covered.

While we offer many different group exercise classes, what makes us unique is our attention to delivering the unbeatable experience that our members have come to enjoy. Our instructors have specialized training for each of our group exercise classes. This allows us to give you the personalized attention in classes while still enjoying the extra amenities of a large fitness facility. Our professional fitness instructors have a passion for the areas they teach. With their knowledge and expertise, they are able to make and suggest modifications to make sure that each participant is getting the most from each of their classes.
